Bookings and Photography Policies
Welcome
Hi, I'm Jamie, the photographer behind Aperture Glens. My aim is to make every booking straightforward, transparent and enjoyable. This page explains how I work and what you can expect from me.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once I receive your completed booking details and a 50% booking fee. This reserves your date and time.
Payments
The remaining balance is due before your final gallery is released. Once payment is received, I'll immediately send your completed gallery.
Cancellations
The booking fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule with reasonable notice, I'll do my best to transfer your booking to a new date.
Weather
Outdoor sessions may be rearranged at no additional cost if weather would affect safety or image quality.
During Your Session
Please arrive on time. I'll always do my best to accommodate late arrivals, but lost time cannot always be added.
48 Hour Delivery
Every gallery is professionally edited and delivered within 48 hours of your session.
Editing
All delivered photographs are individually edited in my style. RAW files are not supplied. You may make requests for alternative styles if desired.
Copyright
I retain copyright in all images. You receive a perpetual licence to print, share and enjoy your photographs for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
Portfolio & Social Media
Unless you ask me not to, you agree that I may use selected images on my website, social media and promotional material. You may opt out at any time and I will respect your wishes.
Travel
Travel charges, where applicable, are discussed before booking.
Liability
I take every reasonable care to provide my services. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond my control, I'll work with you to find the best possible solution.

Storage
Your information is stored securely and only retained as long as necessary.
Photographs
Images are stored securely and only shared where permitted by my Booking & Photography Policy or your consent.
